Questions
Do I have to make my own transportation arrangements or is this part of the service?
Bravo Student Travel prides itself on teachers being able to get on a bus with their students and enjoy the trip as much as the students do. We handle all the ground transportation, hotel, workshops, tours, tickets and many of the meals. Should you want to do your own airfare, if you are travel from longer than 7 hours away you may, but we can provide that service as well.
Will I have a guide with me during my trip?
Your Bravo Student Travel guide will usually meet the group at its first destination, workshop location or at the hotel. They are with the group on all scheduled activities and handle the movements of the group throughout the tour, as well as handle any emergencies that may arise. They are very knowledgeable at maneuvering the cities and are always on hand to answer any questions.
Should my group numbers increase or decrease will the price be affected?
Bravo Student Travel prices out 1 free chaperone per 10 paying participants. Should the number of paying participants drop by more than 8 from the price quoted the price will change. Check with the office and many situations can be worked out on a individual basis.
What are my duties as a chaperone during the tour
The group leader is in charge of the student’s behavior throughout the trip, but most importantly during the evening hours when the group has returned to the hotel.
Can I customize my own tour or do I have to choose a prearranged package?
You tell us when you want to travel and with how many and we’ll create a tour specifically designed around the needs of your group.
